Hey There!!!...Today's Post All about Dim-Sum...at the Prestigious Award-Winning Chinese Cuisne Restaurant...



Lai Po Heen at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.


Upon Entering the Restaurant, One will Spot an Open Kitchen, where there will be Chefs working hard preparing meals and Dim-Sum and Stuff. Oh..Sorry..Food..XD.

Let's Get to the Dim-Sum Dishes...



First Up, We Have a Petite Plate of Crispy Yam Dumplings filled with Minced Chicken and Shrimps. This one's an Excellent Appetizer, The Crispy Coating goes together with the Warm Meat Fillings. One of a Kind..XD.



Wok Fried Turnip Cake Hong Kong Style...Sizzling Mouth-Watering Stuff...It's got the Heat...and Packed with a Tasty Punch of course.



Ahh, The Double Jewel.Loolz..Steamed Rice Rolls with Scallops and Parsley...and Steamed Shrimp Rice Rolls with Yellow Chives. Once it's in Your Mouth, You can't Prevent That Bursting of the Shrimp outta that Soft Texture of Rice Skin.Ahh....


Congee with Shredded Chicken and Century Eggs..and Congee with Cod Fish Fillets and Diced Ginger. Tasted just Great,,in Simple Words..just as Pure as the Porridges.


And This One's My Favourite...I'm a Sucker to Steamed Glutinous Rice...XD. Steamed Glutinous Wild Rice with Chicken Floss and Yam Cubes...The Rice is Aromatically Soft...Just as Robust as the Yam Cubes and The Floss..XD.

Steamed Fluffy Barbecue Chicken Buns..Hard on the Outside,Soft in the Inside..Oh My..XD.




Deep Fried Mango Prawn Rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce...
Let's Dish them Steamed Dim-Sum Out the Oven Yo!!


Steamed Crystal Har Kau filled with Prawns and Naipak Vegetables.



Steamed Seafood Siew Mai with Smoked Chicken.


Steamed Seafood and Dried Asparagus Dumplings


Steamed Chicken Feet with Glass Noodles and Garlic.



Steamed Vegetarian Wood Fungus and Corn Dumplings



Ahh, Time for the Main Event----Traditional Beijing Duck served with Condiments...


The Duck Skin can be eaten in Many Ways, Wrapping them Up Together with Vegetable Bits and Pieces in a Tortillo Wrap...That's The Chosen Way We Do That..Haha..


Lay The Duck Skin on a Single Piece of Tortillo Wrap...



Followed by Vegetables and Special Sauce...



Voila..Ready to be Consumed.Hah.
The Skin was Crispy and a Joy of Taste....I Had Lots of These...Say Like...Six??..XD


For The Beijing Duck Meat, we decided to Mince and Fry it...and eaten together with fried rice crackers and vegetable leaflets. The Minced Meat has Crispy Texture...Before Erupting into Mild Salty Taste albeit the Raw Freshness Of The Flesh...



After the Main Course, we decided to order a platter of Oven Baked Mini Fragrant Egg Cream Tarts.Exceptionally Easy on the Palate.


For Dessert, we decided to stop for some delicious Durian Pancake...That's it...Haha..I don't mind coming back to this restaurant again..They have one of the Best Dim-Sum around City..You Could Taste the Difference Here..XD.
